ESK2 125-150 energy-economising cooling tumbler

ESK-2 is the basic model in the range of cooling tumblers. These machines are equipped with an efficient cooling system and have a vacuum system consisting of compounds approved for use in the food sector. A computer control system with 36 programming options, available in German, English or French.

The cooling cylinder is made from stainless steel, the coolant is CFC-free.

Thanks to the use of special dosing and massing arms, the ESK machines are ideally suited for mixing and finishing meat and sausage products.

These machines have been developed especially for mixing salads and delicatessen products. Various dosing-arm systems ensure perfect mixing of the respective product.

These machines can also be equipped with infinitely variable geared motors and a computerised control system so as to guarantee a consistent quality at all times.

A further option available for these machines is electrical swivelling of the container and height adjustment for the respective operational circumstances.

These satisfy the requirements under USDA H-1 FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 for use in the food sector and under the German Law on Food and Articles of Daily Use.

MGH 20 meat finishing device

The MGH-20 meat finishing device is used for the targeted processing of meat, poultry and fish products under vacuum in the rotating drum. The machine works fully automatically following programming. Pieces of meat are processed and massed with care in the drum.

Vacuum and program intervals make the meat, poultry or even fish very tender and the marinades, oils and spices penetrate through to the core, thus resulting in a significant improvement in quality in terms of the taste and tenderness of the products.

They reduce cooking losses by 15 to 18%; your customers will be grateful to you.

Possible uses:

Seasoning, marinating and finishing roasts, steaks, entrecotes and sliced meat.

All types of poultry are seasoned through the skin right down to the bone.
