INTESTINAL HOLDING DEVICE 400 RIGID

The DHG 400 rigid casing holding device, which specializes in the application of natural casing, can be used as an attachment with all REX vacuum filling machines from the 200, 300, 400, 700 and 900 series, as well as with the REX RKF 130 hydraulic piston filler. It is attached directly to the filling machine without its own drive and is therefore wear- and maintenance-free.

Depending on your choice, the REX DHG can place the twisted sausages on a filling table or transfer them directly to the REX RKS 85 calibration system.

Although designed for natural casings, the DHG 400 rigid can be extended in a few simple steps so that collagen and artificial casings can also be processed.

The REX DHG 400 rigid can be extended with a pneumatically driven feed with casing end detection to further increase productivity.
A splash guard can also be fitted as an option, which not only makes the machine easier to use but also significantly increases work safety, especially when processing natural casings.
